The student will move across the stage and interact with the dean when they meet. When they interact the dean will give the student his diploma. The student will then turn around and walk back to the starting position. ## Implementation - The character sprite is loaded using an image sprite sheet. - The sprite sheet has animations for walking and standing. - The student sprite is created by using one frame of the animation for standing still. - The dean is created using an image sprite sheet with only one frame. - A collision detection system is used to detect when the student sprite interacts with the dean sprite. - When this happens the dean gives the student his diploma which is represented by another image sprite sheet with one frame. - The student turns around and walks back to where he started using his walking animation. ## Challenges The main challenge was figuring out how to make all the sprites work together without them overlapping or glitching. Another challenge was getting the collision detection system to work properly so that it would only trigger when the two sprites were actually touching each other. ## Lessons Learned This project taught me a lot about how to use sprite sheets and animations in my games. Players can interact with objects by tapping on them which brings up options such as move/move all/move up/move down/move left/move right etc depending on what object it is. ## Implementation The game was implemented using Swift programming language along with SpriteKit framework for graphics rendering & physics simulation engine for handling collisions between objects etc., Core Data framework for storing player progress data between sessions etc., AVFoundation framework for playing audio clips during gameplay etc., GameKit framework for adding leaderboards/high scores functionality etc., SpriteKit framework provides easy-to-use APIs for creating & animating sprites/images etc., Physics engine handles collisions between objects automatically so no need for manual calculations/calculations code needed only when custom behavior desired e.g., gravity effects on objects falling through air etc., Core Data framework provides convenient way of storing/retrieving data like player progress data between sessions without having write custom database code yourself etc., AVFoundation framework allows playing audio clips during gameplay which enhances user experience making it more immersive/enjoyable experience overall etc., GameKit framework allows adding leaderboards/high scores functionality easily allowing players compete against each other worldwide thus increasing replayability factor significantly overall making it more engaging fun-filled experience overall! ## Challenges One of biggest challenges faced during development process was implementing spatial puzzles since these required complex calculations involving positions/movements/directions etc., Another challenge faced during development process was implementing pattern recognition puzzles since these required analyzing images/sounds/patterns etc., One more challenge faced during development process was implementing logic puzzles since these required careful consideration/clue presentation/correct solution validation etc., Last but not least challenge faced during development process was optimizing performance since there were lot's going on behind scenes like physics simulations/audio playback/data storage/retrieval etc., which could potentially slow down app significantly if not optimized properly so needed make sure everything runs smoothly even when multiple things happening simultaneously without any noticeable lag/freeze issues whatsoever! ## Lessons Learned Some key lessons learned during development process include importance planning ahead before starting actual implementation phase especially when dealing complex features like spatial/pattern recognition/logic puzzles etc., importance testing thoroughly every aspect feature before release especially performance related aspects like smoothness responsiveness fluidity etc., importance optimizing performance early stages development process rather than trying fix issues later down road since fixing issues later down road much harder/time consuming than preventing them happening begin with!
